Returns 

- Returns from Kenya

We accept returns from domestic customers if we are notified of the return within 7 days of the date the order was delivered and the return reaches back to us within 14 days of that date. 

If you would like to return a product email us at hi@kangarui.com with the subject line mentioning RETURNS and your order number. 

Although you may try on an item, an item only qualifies for refund if it is in new and unused condition as you received it with all swing tags attached and intact. 

- Return from outside of Kenya

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other countries than Kenya, unless a product is faulty or damaged, as (re-)imports would be subject to duties and taxes at reimport.

Refund

The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs as well as import duties and other levies are non-refundable. 

Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Kangarui Limited cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns; For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the product back to ensure it’s safe delivery with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund depending on the payment method the original purchase was made. Return and refund processing may take up to 14 days. 

Products purchased during sales or a discount period are not eligible for refund.
